Impostor Syndrone is a psychological pattern where high achieving individual doubt his/her accomplishment, coupled with the persistent fear of being seen as fraud despite evidence of profound ability.
It encompasses the following characteristics;
- Difficulty accepting compliments.
- Feeling like fraud or incompetent.
- Attributing success to luck or by mistake.
- Exaggerating mistakes and emphasizing on weaknesses.
- Fear of being discovered. Prefers to remain in the shadows.
