Impostor Syndrone is a psychological pattern where high achieving individual doubt his/her accomplishment, coupled with the persistent fear of being seen as fraud despite evidence of profound ability.

It encompasses the following characteristics;

- Difficulty accepting compliments.

- Feeling like fraud or incompetent.

- Attributing success to luck or by mistake.

- Exaggerating mistakes and emphasizing on weaknesses.

- Fear of being discovered. Prefers to remain in the shadows.

- Challenge Negative Thoughts. Affirmation is the go-to method to critically challenge negative thoughts. Instead of "I'm not good enough" you can consider saying "I'm doing my best, and that's something I should be proud of".

- Seek External Support. Sometimes when the above listed doesn't seem to be working, you should seek support from those who love you.
