  • Quadrant 1: Urgent and Important: Tasks that need immediate attention. Examples: crisis situations, pressing deadlines.
  • Quadrant 2: Important but Not Urgent: Tasks that are crucial for long-term goals but don't need immediate action. Examples: planning, relationship building.
  • Quadrant 3: Urgent but Not Important: Tasks that require attention now but are not crucial. Examples: interruptions, some meetings.
  • Quadrant 4: Not Urgent and Not Important: Tasks that are distractions or time-wasters. Examples: trivial activities, excessive internet browsing.
