Create a Constructive Dialogue

Engage in a Two-way Conversation: Ask for the recipient’s perspective and encourage them to share their thoughts. 

• Example: "What are your thoughts on the project? Do you feel there are areas where you need more support?"

Show Empathy: Consider the recipient's emotional state and personal circumstances. 

• Example: "I understand you’ve been under a lot of pressure lately. How can we adjust your workload to make it more manageable?"

Maintain a Balanced Approach: Aim for a 75/25 ratio - Strive to give about 75% positive feedback and 25% constructive criticism overall.
