I wish I was taught the importance of affirmations... - Deepstash

I wish I was taught the importance of breathing exercises and how it help to calm anxiety during a class presentation or class test.

I wish I was taught the importance of mental health and how not making a priority can cause depression, sadness, anxiety, and eventually suicide.

I wish I was taught that the suicide is not attention seeking and that those who struggle with mental health disorders are not monsters or evil people.
