Because as I already said in my previous post when you eat sometimes a little unhealthy it doesn’t do anything. You won’t die or take up 7 kilograms. And you will feel better. So you would eat around 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy and do you know, how much is it? Just a little. When you eat 20% unhealthy it’s so little that it won’t have any impact on you.
