Start small. Pick a skill you already have, and think of one way it could benefit others. Offer that service once a week.

Physical health is the foundation for everything else. But I’ll admit — I always struggled to take care of it.When you’re in good shape, you think better. You feel better and handle stress more effectively. But this doesn’t mean you must go to the gym seven days a week. On the contrary, finding the right fitness hobby is about doing and sticking with it.

For me, this hobby has been running. I discovered that exercise doesn’t have to be high-pressure or competitive.
