Get on a sleep schedule

Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day is a must if you want to get on a good sleep schedule and train yourself to wake up early.

Stick to your sleep schedule every day, including your days off, and your body will eventually begin waking up naturally.

Eat Meals Earlier

Don't eat any heavy foods within two hours of bed time.

If you get too hungry as bedtime creeps around, there are a few foods that are okay to eat before bed, and can even help you sleep—like bananas, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread, to name a few.
