The information age has allowed us to do 2 things when it comes to our work:
- We can work from anywhere in the word with just a laptop and the internet.
- The ability for us to work means that we can damage our mental health, our physical health and can negatively impact our work-life balance.
Although being able to work from anywhere in the world is a brilliant and wonderful thing, it also has it's drawbacks.
