  • Curd - Yogurt or Curd is a probiotic milk product that is good for your gut. It has a good amount of proteins and calcium. One serving of 100gm will give you around 11-12 grams of protein.
  • Buttermilk:  Buttermilk is a tasty and healthy drink for muscle building. It is made up of curd. One serving of buttermilk is 500ml which will give you around 18 grams of well-blended protein.
  • Lentils-   lens-shaped pulses are known as lentils. There are many types of lentils such as green, black etc., but green lentil is the most excellent protein source.
  • According to Ayurveda , Green lentils  have more proteins than Chicken because Per100 grams, green lentil holds 25 grams of healthy proteins.
