We need to look at the kind of idea we plan to propose and figure out who would have the power to implement the same. Study the power dynamics of your company using the RACI matrix:
- Responsible: People in charge of completing a task or activity.
- Accountable: People signing off work and giving approval.
- Consulted: People giving input to the group getting the work done.
- Informed: People waiting for updates on the status, and on the decisions getting made.
