An alienated person is one who allows himself to be influenced and controlled by exteriors external to your mind. He prefers to let the devil occupies your mind and uses your intellect than taking the trouble to think by itself. The alienated person is one who accepts anything that life has offers without judging or fighting for what he wants, because in fact he doesn't knows what he wants out of life and spends a good part of his time trying just figure it out!
