Don't give up

Make a list of things you need to do and do the one you don't want to do first. Then give yourself a little reward for doing it (a piece of candy, a few minutes on social media, etc). 

Then do something on your list that you want to do and continue alternating from there. 

Whenever we make a mistake, even a small one, we talk ourselves very critically about it. While this might seem like a good thing, but we do not necessarily improve with strictness. Instead, one could end up hampering their self-confidence & self-belief.

We know that our time in this world is limited, yet we still waste our time chasing something that isn't important. We're still chasing fame, other recognition, and maybe the wrong prize in life.
