Listening to music can be as productive as listening to podcasts. REST AND FUN ARE PRODUCTIVE.So, have fun. Don't always think about being productive, it will overwhelm you. Know that rest and fun are also productive .

What is a Mindset?

Constructive criticism can be one of the best ways to grow out of that little bubble that you have for yourself. Feedback is important. How to Apply This Habit:<ul><li>Ask for criticism from friends, peers, or random people on the internet</li><li>Pay attention to your discomfort, as well as how this criticism benefits your final product</li></ul>

#3 Seeking Criticism

Results and work are important, but also surface level fun is important as well. Sometimes it's difficult to know why achievement is important to us, so maybe at times we should just have fun. Yes, sometimes need to sit down and get the work done but what is ife if not for random little magical moments?

This means that you give yourself permission to stop resisting the way that things are. For example, you can accept the fact that you're running late for a metting knowing that stressing out about it will not change anything. Or you can accept that you're a human being who makes mustakes and not punish yourself for getting distracted.
