Before you start teaching, you must know about learning. How do students learn? In many ways.Hence:<ul><li>many times some students will perfectly understand the material, while some won’t have a clue at all.</li></ul> They all attended all your classes, payed attention just the same way, prepared, yet they have different results. What to do?

Exam: Should test a student’s knowledge. Not what they memorized, but what they understood with their own way of thinking, and words.<ol><li>Put together the exam.</li></ol>First put together everything you want to include in the chapter. Make sure it is done in a frame: has everything from beginning to end.Then plan your lessons according to what you want in the exam, not the other way around. Many teachers mess up this. They abstractly, with no plan start to give lessons, and expect students to have a correct big picture from the many different little pieces. Without structure, it won’t make sense.

How To Organize Materials For An Exam

Don’t put too much material in one exam. The less, is the better. Easier to learn, understand, and will lead to better grades.
Max. 3 lessons should be able to inclue everything for the exam. If it was not enough, you should part the materials and rather have two smaller exams.

It’s best to keep things as simple as possible

Whatever topic you teach, make sure it’s easy to follow on, and spot the connection between ideas. Think about it: as a student what questions would you have after reading your presentation?
don’t mention unnecessary information.
when you mention information, don’t use synonyms. Use the exact same words. The more they hear it, the more likely they will remember it. When you use a synonym, as fresh information they might mistake it for a completely different thing.

Use keywords, colors and and chop it up to small portions

Color code everything: Title, information, etc. And stick to it. 
It will be much easier to understand and remember.

These things are to empower PWUD and their families. It gives them the choice to live healthy, self-directed, purpose-filled lives.H.R. works by addressing broader social issues through improved policies, programs and practices.Organizations that practice H.R. incorporate a spectrum of strategies that meet people where they are.

What Does Harm Reduction Do?

H.R. focuses attention in engaging directly with PWUD to try preventing overdose, infectious diseases like viral hepatitis and HIV from spreading, along with offering low barrier options for accessing health care services that include mental health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.Organizations that use the H.R. practice may also serve as a pathway to additional health and social services, including prevention, treatment, and recovery services. H.R. offers opportunities to reach out to those who aren't otherwise accessing healthcare services.

What Is The Goal For Harm Reduction?

Some examples of services offered include offering FREE Naloxone (Narcan) to reverse overdose or helping connect people to other needed services like treatment. Treatment Services like medication for people with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) could be co-located with H.R. services and offered as an option. Potential connections to treatments are CRITICAL, as data shows that:<ul><li>Only about 1 of 10 people that suffer from SUD have received treatment.</li><li>Nearly ALL people with SUD that didn't get treatment at a special facility did not think they needed it. </li></ul>

What Types Of Services Are Offered?

The U.S. is currently experiencing the MOST SIGNIFICANT substance abuse and overdose deaths it has ever faced. The epidemic is believed to be exacerbated by the recent COVID-19 worldwide pandemic and driven by the rapid increase of HIGHLY potent synthetic opioids (Fentanyl) and horse tranquilizers (Xylazine) into MANY types of drugs, like stimulants (Crack, Cocaine, and Methamphetamines) and counterfeit prescription pills.In 2022, there were more than 100,000 overdose deaths.

Skepticism is a Hellenistic school of philosophy. It holds that one should refrain from making truth claims, and avoid the postulation of final truths. It is often also used to cover the position that there is no such thing as certainty in human knowledge.
