Make a list of all the positive outcomes you expect from making a change and the negative outcomes of not making it.Try to come up with these reasons yourself to make it more effective.

Write down plans and steps to implement your changes and to accomplish your goals.Keep it very detailed by including time, place and also a backup plan in case the initial plan fails.Example:I will wake up at 5am and go to the gym to exercise.
