  • But keep in mind that it's only for a small time.
  • This way not only you are you excited with the feeling of unknown but also are assured that you can always fall back.
  • Eg. Start with changing the brand of your coffee. Try the dangerous ones, even if you fail you have nothing to lose except a cup of coffee.

(Also , once you are aware that the change is temporary, you will try you best to enjoy every moment of it.)
