Making small impacts

I was at my regular client's place and we had our good conversation as usual.

'Out of nowhere, she mentioned that I am actually an energy worker?!

(I was there for her transformation makeover)

And I was like hmmm? 🤔 How is a makeover relevant to energy work?'

✨When people come into contact with that work they feel the energy you put in. The energy is transferred into their life.

✨In return they give you energy back and so it helps your work get better and reach more people.

Now that's why it's called energy work!!!! I think I get it now.

Optimising energy:

-Use a short time period to the fullest, then the rest of your time is recovery.

-So you can get back to that same intense flow state of output after the recharge.

Contrarily

✅Spend energy to make energy

(Now that explains why I always feel renewed after working with my clients.)

✅Use energy to help you keep moving.

This could be why some people with a 9-5 can still manage side hustles with a vengeance.

Like a Duracell bunny that goes on and on.

-Because it's creatively PERSONAL

The energy is generated by yourself

When I was ignorant, I wasted energy on events I couldn’t control.

I'm still learning. The only difference?

I'm more aware now.

I now use bad energy to achieve my biggest goals.

Because I realised: it’s only bad if it’s wasted.

So learn how to channel it.
