Intro

People, especially teenagers have a tendency to be easily influenced. This influence is spread like an influenza to other people through a variety of means, most common being the social media. Teenagers often associate many common feelings with their friends. They find themselves similar to their friends and thus thrive to be like them. And in most cases, their friends don't usually have a good mental health, because they too are influenced by their friends. So this is a viciuos cycle. Here are a few ways to be mentally strong

You are important to yourself

Yes, and it is true also. In your life, you are the main character, you are the one who decides what to do in your life. Thus you are important, a lot. And it is your responsibility to be good to yourself. Identify what you like. Negative thoughts are bound to come, for we are humans. To shoo them away, do what you love. If you divert your mind, it becomes easy to be happy. Our mind is like a child, fragile, vulnerable and easily distracted. Identify your mistakes and work upon them. ( I personally try to reward myself when i improve my habits, you can too)

This might sound clichΓ©, but life is about hardships. Accept life and move on. If you are stuck in a single thought, then you remain stuck their forever and cannot fully enjoy life. Everyone has different levels of hardships. For a child, not having a toy is a hardship. For a grown family man, not having enough money for food is a hardship. Both of these impact their minds severely. But one must learn how to overcome this.

Life is indeed a conundrum of esoterica. Lets not make it esoteric.

Everything is going to be okay! Hardships are there to be endured and then they go. If you are not feeling well mentally, trust me, it is gonna get over. To make this "going away" process faster, just focus on yourself. Trust yourselves. Keep your head up. If you come out of this, trust me, you are the strongest person, seriously. If you think there is no end, BELIEVE that it is gonna get over. Belief is a strong emotion.
