Without working through the specifics of each childhood incident & its consequential fear, we can at least feel betterâin generalâby consciously remembering that weâre not children anymore. We are far less powerless & dependent, but far more powerful & independent; therefore, fears donât have to be faced with fragility, but the endowed confidence of matured life experience & life positioning.
