After all, great leaders are really great learners.

The best leaders are skilled communicators who are able to communicate in a variety of ways, from sharing information to inspiring others.

They are good at public speaking and they have power to influence the Crowd.

Treating people with respect on a daily basis is one of the most important things a leader can do.

It ease tensions and conflict, create trust, and improve effectiveness.

Leaders grow together with the team.

They help people and they create more opportunities for the team and themselves to grow.
