Eating healthy food is good for your system, you just get so addicted to eating junk food that you don’t even want to eat any healthy food anymore.

When you keep eating so much junk food you get constipated and you can’t poop anymore. So if you want to eat junk food just make sure you don’t eat junk food every time, because it’s very bad.
