Negative People

First of all, Avoid these people. They are not good for your health like they have one goal in their mind – To bring you down. They can’t accept you, consistently work to hurt you, and take away your motivation. They commonly hold envy for you and what you’re doing with your life. Try to do every single effort to put you down. So, Stay away from these types of people. If any of these people are in your life, just remove them without hesitation.

The Past

People say it is essential to keep in mind things you’ve done in the past so that you can have evidence for what your life turns out to be. I think this is wrong like it’s in the past, It’s not here. Right? So just move on. These things don’t matter now. So, there is a trick to cope with these kinds of situations. I’ve found focusing on your breath works very well. Get in the habit of being conscious of your breathing. Focus on inhaling and exhale and the pause in between. Just don’t get lost in your past. Remember! they serve no purpose now.

When we allow fear to stop our forward step or progress in life, we’re likely to miss some great opportunities along the way. So, here is the thing to overcome that kind of situation. See, Getting fail in something tells you what you did wrong, so you can have the opportunity to fix it, reflect and grow for the next time. Make that failure thing a tool to learn something better.

Not Making Smart Goals

Goal setting is more than just throwing out an idea and hope that you attain it. Goals should be made SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-based. You can lose motivation if the goal is unrealistic. Like I will read the whole book in one day and you end up doing nothing because your goal is not achievable. so try to create the goal of reading 8 to 10 pages every day consistently and after 2 or 3 weeks, you can finally complete the book.

Stop Living In Future

And conversely, the future can be a big motivation killer. Some of us kind to think too much and over-analyze everything. As such, our expectations get out of hand. You can’t ever predict the future. Even the most assured person in the world looks both ways when he crosses the road. So, embrace uncertainty and just keep your best, the rest will take care of your self.
