The book talks about 4 types of personalities : red, yellow, green and blue. These 4 can come in different combinations, ex. a red-yellow personality. The book also talks about how you can get along with each color and influence them.

4 Personality Types

Someone who is red is very task-oriented. They are abitious and like to always move forward. Fast=good. Some might find them bossy or not very good listeners.

Yellow people are optimistic and spontaneous. They like to be the center of attention. They can cheer anyone up with their good spirits. New=good. They are relationship-oriented. Bad listener.

Yellow

Green people are relationship-oriented. They are also people pleasers and fear conflict and confrontation. They are good listeners. Some might find them hypocrite, because they tend to talk behind you're back when they don't agree.

Green

Blue people work very detailed. They like to know everything before making a decision. They are task-oriented. They work relatively slow. Percise=good.

Blue

If you don't know which color you're dealing with : act green!
