  1. Write down all the hurts you have experienced in your life. Every detail, everything without restrictions, take as much time as you need.
  2. Look at the list calmly.
  3. Who of the people on this list do you still want to give power over your life? Who do you think you can let go of?
  4. Decide which people and events you would like to say goodbye to in your life. Saying goodbye means becoming free. With every forgiveness there is a new beginning.
  5. Who or what can you not yet let go of? Be honest with yourself.
  6. Remove who or what you can forgive from your list. Simply cut it out.
