to be charismatic one needs to practice. The quickest and way is by seeking the discomfort and failing many times, whether the gender of person there’s always a way to have your charisma effect them to your benefit. Finding relation with whoever your talking too, as well as getting the person to talk about themselves, genuine interest in what they have to say when you do.
