Britpop: A Primer

Guitar-based, melodious British pop music was established by the Beatles, part of British pop’s golden age, back in the '60s. Much later in the ’90s, a diverse group of talented bands gave shape and direction to guitar-based music, giving rise to the Britpop movement.

Records like “Clint Eastwood” and “Feel Good Inc.” sold millions of copies and catapulted the virtual band to the Guinness Book Of World Records.
