It’s raining meteors this monsoon, with the Perseid Meteor Shower starting mid-July and peaking around the end of August.
Considered the best meteor shower of the year by NASA, The Perseid Meteor Shower is best seen from the countryside, away from light pollution.
The illusion in the sky is that the Perseus Constellation is streaming the shooting stars, but it is just a way to pinpoint the location of the meteors in the sky.
This meteor shower is an annual affair from mid of July till the end of August, with up to a hundred meteors per hour.
