If we come to some particular creatures, everyone's scared of at least one organism. I was once scared of lizards. For the upcoming ideas, you can think of any one creature you are scared of for better visualization.

So for instance, I was scared of Lizards, but one day, when I was going to my friend's house, I saw a lizard on the way to the door. I didn't go inside, not having my mobile phone, waited for some minutes so that some one from their house come out and I would ask them to call my friend. Same happened for some days. The other day, I saw a lizard again, at the very same place, but this time I just decided that I have to get over this fear, and walked right in the house, at my normal pace. That was the day when I actually got over the fear.

Most of you might be thinking while reading step 1, that how is that so easy to decide all of a sudden that you don't want to be scared of lizards. Well, yes, it's not easy most of the times. But this thing will help you decide: Think about someone else who is not scared of the lizard, for instance. Then think if they aren't scared, you will be fine too. Try it, it's really effective to do that.

In the above two steps, I took my fear of lizards for the example, you can think of anything, fear of judgement, fear of height, fear of anything. All you have to do is, face that fear just once, and you will get rid of it forever.

This app is LOADED with RELEVANT, HELPFUL, AND EDUCATIONAL material. It is creatively intellectual, yet minimal enough to not overstimulate and create a learning block. I am exceptionally impressed with this app!

I have only been using it for a few days now, but I have found answers to questions I had never consciously formulated, or to problems I face everyday at work or at home. I wish I had found this earlier, highly recommended!
