Even though fear is real, itās psychological. Admitting no one is born with confidence, it is just the matter of hard work can cure fear. Action cures fear whereas the postponement and indecision only fertilises the fear. Anytime next you experience fear, isolate fear and steady yourself, have hope and back it off by action.

Write your ideas in a paper or in any platform that is tangible. Our mind is vulnerable to forget these many ideas.
Also, we can evaluate more and see the loopholes in our ideas when we can see and read it on a paper.
