I have tracked down that the main method to not get sucked in, is to ensure you don't begin the day with it. In the course of recent weeks, I have been leaving my telephone in another room. (You could leave it across the room if that isn't a choice) I for the most part awaken simultaneously without an alert however ultimately, I will substitute it's anything but an actual morning timer. Doing that has altogether had an effect. Attempt it.ย
