The Habit Game Plan - Deepstash

The Habit Game Plan

1. Recognize the following:

  • What you are...
  • Where you are...
  • Why are you in that situation.

2. Form a Goal in Mind—something to work toward and to focus on.

3. Create your Habit Game Plan.

  • Condition yourself.
  • Gear up.
  • Be ready to make sacrifices (quit the vices or acts that would hinder you from your goal)
  • Replace your vices or acts with something that would help you touch-up your goal.

Acomplish an act or goal which touch off a series of changes that would ultimately radiate out to every part of your life.
