IDEA

There are times that we feel heavy and problems seem to weigh us down, and later on, it feels almost impossible to keep moving to what we want.. we feel lifeless, but still alive.

And this can all be likened to the life of a zombie.

Take a break

Think about your life. What is really important to you? How would you like to live your life?

Write down the things that are truly important to you, the things that ten years from now will make you proud.

Keep the list between 3 - 5 items.
