The 85% rule
Even though this rule was known for me in a sense by the phrase I listened to once: "approach things sincerely rather than seriously", it is good to bear that in mind reformulated with the 85% rule, which actually stands for how we could increase our overall performance by giving that 15% which is missing to enjoyment and well-being.
