Ingredients:

30g of Kellogg's Bran Flakes

150g low-fat yoghurt

1 tbsp of raspberry compote

1 orange that's been peeled and sliced

25g of blackberries

1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds

1 tbsp of pistachios

Instructions:

Place a spoonful of yoghurt into a small bowl and mix in the raspberry compote. Scatter the Bran Flakes and top it with the sliced orranges, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds. For the crunch, finish with a sprinkling of pistachios.
