Habits are things we do repeatedly.But most of the time we're hardly aware that we even have them.Depending on what they are, our habits will either make us or break us. Luckily,you are stronger than your habits.You can change them.

A paradigm is the way you see something; it's your point of view, frame of reference, or belief. Paradigms are like glasses. Sometimes our paradigms are way off the mark, and as a result, they can create limitations in our life.For instance: if you believe you're weak in maths, that very belief will make you really weak though you have potentials .

Think about the crossroads of your life.Think about friends, school/college,works etc.Then ask yourself: who's controlling these?If you don't control,someone else will control your life.So, at first set your missions or goals of life.Then try your best to achieve those. For this, you have to turn your weaknesses ito strengths.Thus you can make your life extraordinary.

Habit:2 Begin With The End In Mind

You can usually tell what your paradigm is by asking yourself a few questions like :<ul><li>What is the driving force of my life?</li><li>What do I spend my time thinking about ?</li><li>Who or what are my obsessions?</li></ul>Whatever's most important to you will become your paradigm, your glasses, or your lIfe center. And Principle-Centered life is The Real Thing. Like, honesty is a principle, hard work is a principle. A principle centered life is the most stable , unshakable foundation you can build upon.

Just like a checking or savings account at a bank, you can make deposits into and take withdrawals from your PBA.PBA deposits :<ul><li>Keep promises to yourself </li><li>Do small acts of kindness</li><li>Be gentle with yourself</li><li>Magnify your talents</li></ul>On the contrary, PBA withdrawals can be like:<ul><li>Break personal promise</li><li>Keep to yourself</li><li>Beat yourself up</li><li>Bury your talents</li></ul>

There are 4 types of attitude towards life:<ol><li>Win-Lose: Having this, a person tries to use others for own selfish perposes. He or she gets jealous of other's success.</li><li>Lose-Win: With this, one can be used by others. Thus, he or she can lose self-respect and confidence.</li><li>Lose-Lose: It says, "If I'm going down, then you are going down with me too.</li><li>Win-Win : It's a belief that everyone can win. You can achieve this by not comparing with others. Just enjoy differences and work together. Both of you can win.</li></ol>

Habit:4 Think Win-Win

People won't express their soft centers unless they feel genuine love and understanding.Once they feel it, they will tell you more than you may want to hear.So, when someone is speaking try to understand first.Don't pretend you are listening, don't judge the speaker from your self-centered view, don't try to advise without understanding everything first. Try to listen with genuine interest and care.

Habit:5 Seek first to understand, then to be understood

It means regularly renewing the four dimensions of your life- physical,mental,emotional and spiritual. You have to balance all these dimensions.For instance : doing exercise will benefit both your body and mind. Journaling, reading books, meditation or prayer can also heal you mentally and spiritually.

Habit:7 Sharpen the saw

RBA represents the amount of trust and confidence you have in each of your relationships.Like the PBA (personal bank account) you can make deposits and improve the relationship or take withdrawals and weaken it.Some deposits are: keeping promises, Being loyal to everyone, saying you are sorry when needed. On the other hand, withdrawals are the opposites of these ; such as: breaking promises, gossiping about others, talking too much, being arrogant etc.
