Worrying is just an imginainary cognitive work that has never helped anyone in solving the real cause, most of the time it has deteriorated the situation even more. When we worry, we just keep on thinking the possibilities & ways in which something can go wrong. If we think in term of probability all equally likely events have 50% probabilities of taking place, that means there is also equal probability of something terrible is not gonna happen. If we see our past worries, 99% of the time those events never happened, so better wait & watch, or think about solution.
