Breaking a habit can be difficult and many people give up on it's difficulty. There is one simple step that you can take to give up any bad habit. The step is gifting it to the universe.
Identify the habit that you wish to break and say aloud - "Universe, this is the habit that I formed myself and now I am gifting this to you. Please Accept it." Write it on the paper and stick it on the wall where you can see it frequently. Most importantly believe that you HAVE gifted it.
If you have gifted anything to your friend, do you take it back? Do you use it for yourself? No.
