This exercise is a very effective way of making people realize that what they are doing in life is their choice, even if initially it does not make them happy. Think about how you want to spend your free time, no matter if it is a work break or a lazy evening. It’s likely that you’ll want to spend that time on something you really enjoy doing, like hiking or spending time.
