Stress is your friend - Deepstash

Stress is your friend

Stress shouldn't be viewed as a negative in your life. Stress is your body's direct reaction to you needing to do something. It's your fight response. Most people feel stressed and choose flight and this has negative impacts on your overall health. Instead see stress as a positive discomfort beause discomfort = growth. Make Pre-Mortum plans e.g. put preventative measures in place to reduce instances of stress - ask yourself questions to premept what could happen and be prepared. In this life, you've got to after things that create meaning, then trust yourself to handle the stress that follows.
