For me, starting a day with a smile will make the day much better than a normal day. Wake up early in the morning and start your day early, it doesn't necessarily mean that when you wake up do your study or work as soon as possible. Spend some time with yourself by doing meditation and think about your future or your dreams in a positive way. If your life is very busy with your work, spend some couple of hours with your family. Life is that how you start it and end it. The happiness you get when you spread happiness to others. So just try to spread it in your whole day.
