  • Brand guidelines.

  • Purpose of the asset and how it fits into the overarching marketing campaign.
  • Initial design concept or creative direction.
  • Production-related design specifications.
  • Delivery format and file type.
  • Project timeline, with key milestones.
  • Budget or cost of the design work.
