We all have negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. It's time to change them.

  1. Cancel Cancel Cancel - If you come across a negative thought/ advice mental say "Cancel" and you can also associate a physical action to it like rubbing your forehead lightly with index finger (see video for sample gesture)
  2. Write and Convert - Write down the limiting belief and convert them into something positive. eg. I am ugly (Physically cut out the word ugly and write beautiful)
