We all have negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. It's time to change them.

  1. Cancel Cancel Cancel - If you come across a negative thought/ advice mental say "Cancel" and you can also associate a physical action to it like rubbing your forehead lightly with index finger (see video for sample gesture)
  2. Write and Convert - Write down the limiting belief and convert them into something positive. eg. I am ugly (Physically cut out the word ugly and write beautiful)

  1. Believe : You need to believe in what you say.
  2. Feel: You need to feel that excitement and good vibes through you when you say it.
  3. Energetic Intention: Our every thought and word has an energy associated with it. When you say "I am healthy" the energy that comes with that affirmation is energetic intention. Hold on to that.

Tip: Make sure all your affirmations have positive intentions. You can't use "I want to defeat person X." That has a negative energy associated with it.
