A fantastic tool which we can learn.We also realise the equal importance of accepting what isn't too.What IS, is without thought.And what ISN'T, only exists because of THOUGHT. (Read it again)So now when we catch ourselves worrying about a possible future event, we can remind ourselves that WHAT IS , is genuinely happening in the present moment.And What ISN'T, isn't happening anywhere else but in our imagination.
