There's enough content out there to fill our time for the rest of our lives. Spending large amounts of time reading articles or absorbing self-help books feels productive. And it is - up to a point. If you only consume, it's time for a change.

Deliberate consumption means you consume what you decide on beforehand. If you consume less and are intentional about it, you'll get more out of the content you consume.

Write like you talk as it helps you sound more realistic and understandable to your readers. Try recording yourself talking for two minutes, then transcribing it. You can correct obvious mistakes later, but writing that reflects the way you speak often showcases the most authentic v...
