Worrying is the biggest unhelpful thing that can occupy our minds. It takes up so much space that we can’t enjoy the present. Mindfulness will help recognize it as soon as it emerges. When it does, acknowledge it and let it pass like a cloud in the sky, then move on with the present. Don’t let your worrying control you.
