If you can’t describe it, you don’t know it well enough

“If you can’t describe what you are doing as a process, you don’t know what you’re doing.”

<ol><li>It helps you to better understand what you’re actually doing. Taking the time to write out a process is often very beneficial for the one doing it.</li><li>Long-term, it makes it easier for others to help with your work. At the time of this writing, our project manager at GreenMellen is out on maternity leave, but the processes that we have in place for her work allow us to continue on relatively seamlessly (though we’re very excited to have her back soon!).</li></ol>
