Creating a hybrid office

• When deciding that hybrid work is more suitable, don't try and lure candidates with a "remote" job headline, only to change it to "mostly" remote.
• Be clear about your expectations. For days in the office, state when people need to be there and when they can work from home. It could be a set amount of days per week or month or project-based.

Re-evaluate the situation after a year as change can be difficult and needs some time.
