Time Tracking

If you want to know how you spend your time, you need to have some kind of time-tracking method.

You don't have to get software or download an app (although you can). You can do it using a simple table.

Break down your time to intervals of at least 30 minutes.

In your table, list categories of tasks you normally do and start keeping track of whatever you’re doing and then identify the categories of the tasks you’re spending your time on.

Honesty and discipline are the keys to learning from your time tracking. Then you can decide if that is the best use of your time, given your goals in life.
